Apartment glitch ?

so I'm building my appartment, all markers are placed correctly, only the house area doesn't have any, I created a bedroom there (4x4) it's small since I wanted it to be a starter, I noticed that while placing the furniture that the cost of the build house doesn't go up ! tried it with most expensive stuff and still the same, so if anyone can confirm that it would great, if you want I can put a link to download here if you can test it for me

What happens if you go out of build mode and then go back into it? Does the price change then?

no, I have even saved and then restarted, the price is still the same
