Do sim made Items transfer on houses and lots ?

By sim Items I mean paintings, Sculptors, photography's and books, I had a few photographs in those ambitions frames, but they don't show correctly once you restart the game, you have to re-drag and drop them re work, or simpley hit next if you have many photographs in the same frames
