I have a family of 6 sims. When I came to play it today (after saving the game yesterday as usual) the game stopped recognizing one of my sims. The sim's green box on the left of the screen doesn’t show my sim- it is an empty green box. When my mouse is on the box I can see the sim's name but not the sim. The sim herself is sleeping- I can see her laying in bed but I can point my mouse at the bed but not at her (the game acts like the bed is empty. I even sold the bed and my sim kept sleeping in the air). The sim continues sleeping without a time limitation. I tried resetsim but it did nothing. What can I do? (I have all the expansions- if that's relevant)
