Mouse sensitivity?
« on: November 05, 2011, 10:45:32 PM »
Is there a way to speed up camera rotation? The default rotation speed is incredibly slow, rotating the view 180 degrees requires the mouse to move further than the width of my mousepad. It's frustrating for extended building sessions where I frequently look at things from different angles.

Press and hold Shift, then press and hold either , or . to speed it up. I think pressing and holding shift and rotating with the mouse might work, but I never rotate with it.

You can increase and decrease your mouse sensitivity in the Windows options, although I'm not sure if it would help rotation (although I'd imagine it would).  No doubt, Mac would have such an option as well.

Thanks! I set the rotation speed higher, and inverted shift so it slows the camera for precision control (instead of the opposite). It's much faster to move around while building now. Thank you for the help!
