Thank you! ;D I'm not sure if ghost sims can die. It sounds silly. If you're controlling them and they die they return to the netherworld. But if they're in the netherworld and age until they die, what would happen? ??? I didn't want to take the chance that something would happen to Ransom before the end and I couldn't reunite him with Kitee.
In the Sims I wouldn't be surprised if ghosts can die :)
I understand what you mean about Ransom and Kitee :)

You wrote a wonderful story, Apples. I have been reading but not posting, but now I have to say what a wonderful story this was. What an interesting way to play your Sims!
You've played too much TS3 when ... your 13 month old's babble sounds like Simlish!

I haven't been around for a while and was quite shocked to see that this had ended. I even cried a bit when Ransom wouldn't know about Kitty.
I'm glad though that it has some kind of an Happy Ending here.
My question is ... How did you make Kitty and Ransom appear and hold hands like that? Did they do it all by themselves?

It's sad that there are no more tells about the Bones family but I enjoyed reading it immensely. Thank you for sharing this.  :'(

Sadly, even though ghosts retain a high relationship with their children, grandchildren, and other blood-related family, they revert to acquaintance with their former spouses. I don't know why that is. I assume it's so the surviving sim can marry again. So I had Buster restore them both as playable ghosts in the science facility, and then had to build the relationship back up again. The funny thing is when they were romantic interests Ransom had the option of asking Kitee to break up with Ransom. :o Don't know how that happened.

I stumbled upon this story while I was looking at the Swap Shop. (I believe I saw Ransom first) Looking at these Sims brought me here, and I started reading. And I absolutely loved it! It was funny, but it was also very emotional at times. (Kitee's talk with the Grim Reaper was particularly good) I'm glad that I read this story, and I wish I could've read it earlier.  ;D

Other than the fact that I coulldn't see all the pictures for some reason, this was an awesome story as well. I'm going to see if reading this on my laptop will give better results with pictures loading. Right now, I'm on my Wii. Great story telling, as always.

Edit: yes, i was right, i was able to see all the pictures on my laptop. marvelous storytelling.
