Pets + Stylist Career Glitch?

I just decided to attempt the stylist career for the first time today.

I'm only on my second day of the job and I get this :

Has anyone else experienced this glitch or a similar one?  I cannot complete my customer challenge for the day due to being unable to call the "wild horse" to my styling station.

That's even weirder than the wedding presents from my horses *g*

Does it not show you where the horse is so you can go to it? I've only done the stylist career once but spent most of my time going to them and clicking on them for the 'offer makeover' option.

It's a glitch.  You just wont be able to do that particular makeover.  They will do the same for cats and other things and it's just impossible to do so you have to ignore it.

And here I was so excited to get the cameras back so I could do the stylist career again.   Oh well, at least, hopefully I'll get sim makeovers not sim pet makeovers.

You will get an occasional pet makeover, but I got a Sim to the top of the stylist career, despite the cats wanting a new everyday wardrobe. I just did the sims first and then went to work at the drafting table.

I have been getting this glitch too.. and not to sound mean but this is how I have been "fixing" it.

Go into the cheat menu (ctrl + alt+ C)
Put in testingcheatsenabled true
Than ctrl +right click on the pet, and force them to age until they pass on.

After they pass you can than do other jobs without having their styling job coming back.

I wonder if just deleting the pet would do the same thing.

What about resetting the pet?  It would return it to its home and should remove it from the queue maybe?

I thought it was funny when my Sim got a wedding gift from a horse! If this is a glitch, I hope they don't fix it. I kind of like having pets act like real people.

I wish the would make a pet groomer's rabbit hole like the Spa, so you could make over your pets, or give them flea baths.  I tried to put a bathtub in the dog park, but they couldn't use it.

I ran into this glitch also. I just reset the pet & offered makeovers to everyone else in the shop. I still made $1000 that day.
