This bug wasn't really all that unusual, although it is now.  It's just extremely old (it started popping up around the time WA was released, maybe even a little before), and since I hadn't heard anyone mention it in so long I assumed it was fixed. 

Are your game patches up to date?

I'm having the same problem as Blanchflower did, except my time is getting stuck at 1:59 PM and I also just threw a party that was supposed to start at 3:00 PM.  Unlike Blanchflower, I do not have TS3:WA installed, only TS3:A, so I can't go to China to reset them.  I've already tried 'resetsim *' (they reset, but it did not fix the time problem), and restarting the game.
