Where are the photo's hiding?

I've been using the screen camera to take screenshots.  I must have taken at least a dozen so far. I cannot find them to see what I've taken?  I obviously won't ever be able to upload photo's to the forum if I can't find them LOL.

I did the obvious and looked in documents/electronic arts/sims3/screenshots..... but that folder is empty. /library only has saved games in it. /downloads has all the stuff I've downloaded [several homes and few outfits... I ADORE so much stuff you guys/gals have shared on these forums, ty] no sign of the screenshots anywhere. I then on the off chance went looking in My pictures folders.. not there either.

I don't know where else to look so would really appreciate help here if that's possible?

When you open your game launcher, go to the tab marked "uploads".  All your screenshots should be there.

Never thought of there, but just checked and it's empty        
all the tabs in Uploads are blank/empty/nothing in there.

I just wonder did you perhaps use the little pienk camera it say capture this moment?

You've looked in "All" or "Screenshots" and the screenshots aren't there?  I've never had that happen, so I can only assume that either the screenshots somehow got deleted or they weren't actually taken in the first place.  Why don't you try going into a game, pressing c  to take a screenshot, then checking to see if it's there?  Then you'll know if the problem is that something happened to the old screenshots or if it's a bigger problem of not being able to take them and save them in the first place, if that makes sense.

OK.... someone call me stupid.   I was using the pink camera and thinking it was taking screenshots.  Ok back to school for me.  

Just took a real screenshot. Now I know to hit the C key, and yes, there it is in the folder.

I'll go hide now. LOL.

No problem, Eva - we've all made mistakes when learning to do something new!  Glad it's something that could be easily sorted out, and I look forward to seeing the pictures you'll share with us.

Glad I could help. It is a good idea to delete the memories you don't want it can make the game file large. And someting I learn on the forum go to techcnical help and read the section how to clean up your game. You will learn a lot!

  Thank you both so much. Off to read tech help now. I didn't know I could 'clean up' memories etc.  Great idea.
