Origin put out an update, which did solve the problem I had with the Sims 3 launcher. I don't know whether it also solved the problem of people losing their downloads.

Actually, I'm glad I had this upset (-20 moodlet). It's made me aware of problems I might have with Pets, and some precautions to take when I install it.

That said, here's my former cat, Mally:

Unfortunately after testing the demo my game didn't work, so I ended up un-installing the game completely

Odin's a genius dog, very friendly to all species and very loyal to his pack. Here are some shots of him wondering about the meaning of life/what's for dinner, and waving his tail in cuteness.


I was very glad to see that my computer is over par to what's needed for Pets, graphically speaking. Does anyone want a pet made? I could go on all night making lots of pets.

Very very cute Naga. I am so nervous about installing it. Especially after all the problems that were posted here. But I am going to try it.

If you download the newer version, and make a backup of your files, there is nothing to worry about.
