Sims fall through the floor

Yes, all sims are having this problem now. Family, pets, visitors, butler. They all rewalk the same routine. I'm almost glad horses can't walk stairs.

Well, sounds like you've used cheats when building this house? If so, maybe you should try to rebuild it. If not, then I think your game is missing and/or corupted some files (not long ago, I had the problem with the terrain color in game, I tried to reinstall the game, luckily, it works).
