Giving Constructive Criticism
« on: November 19, 2011, 09:44:17 PM »
I have noticed that sometimes constructive criticism is given when it's not wanted.  It happened to me a while back and I've seen it happen since then.  I know everyone wants to be helpful here and nobody is deliberately trying to hurt anyone's feelings, but it's also important to pay attention to whether the poster actually wants that criticism.  There are times when we just want to share something.  Unless the poster specifically asks for suggestions or criticism, please refrain from doing so.  I've adjusted the rules for this board and the Swap Shop board to include this issue.

Thanks in advance to everyone for your cooperation.
