I think this just may be a new one for the tech forum, since I can't seem to find anyone that has had this problem. I started playing an older family I created way before all of the add on's. (This family was created when i had just the world adventures pack only)The Husband is in Egypt. He was working on the metal trade quest. When Gordon Ramsey (my sim haha) goes to the house, he gets the quest, but all of a sudden I can't get him to do anything. No matter what I do "jog here" "go here" the command doesn't stick. He just stands there. I tried "teleport me here" and that doesn't work. I tried "reset sim" and that takes him to base camp but he just stands there. No command sticks at all. I tried going back to the original save, and when I tried to "return home" I got the returning home screen, then when the game reloaded it was Egypt again only this time my Sim disappeared.
Against my better judgment I bought Generations a couple of days ago, and I now have all of the add on's, as well as the headaches!
so I now have all of the extensions minus the Medieval expansion. I hate to even ask this but considering I've done everything - My game is lost isn't it??
Any idea's?
