Help- Game not starting at all !

Hi,
so I was normally playing the game when it suddenly crashed, and now It doesn't even start! it just shows that stupid windows loading icon (not the sims)  and bam back to desktop,
I have All EP, updated till 1.22 , no mods or cc, actually I deleted the entire save folders to try and clean the game, but nothing, All the game exe's are in DEP, I'm currently reinstalling everything but meawhile I was hoping somone could help me please

I'm no technical whiz, so I'm going to suggest something very simple:  have you restarted your computer?  Sometimes just doing that seems to fix problems for me.

Yes I did but it didn't work, I figured it about 5 minuts ago, It was a windows update blocking it,  feel free to lock the thread
