Game crashing

Ever since I downloaded the latest patch, every once in a while in the middle of a quest it just crashes.  Is this a problem with the new patch or the fact I'm running Vista?

Does it go to a Black Screen of Death? Or a Blue Screen of Death? Or is it a CTD (Crash to Desktop)?

It goes to the black screen of death for about 10 seconds and then the windows desktop appears.  This only started happening after I downloaded the latest patch.

I have had that happen also too.  Try lowering your setting to the lowest possible option.  See if that helps.  Good luck.
