Sims Hair

I see sims with different hair that aren't a option for me. Where can I look for different hair styles?

Every expansion pack or stuff pack has given us new hairdos.  Also, if you go to the Sims Store on the EA website you will find a lot of different hairdos that can be purchased with Simpoints.  Here's where to find the hair:  http://store.thesims3.com/category.html?categoryId=11959

Also, it can be third party custom content, but we can't link to or discuss it here.

Perhaps it is salon hair? Do you have ambitions?

I don't think you'll see hair on other Sims that you haven't downloaded into your game somehow.  It doesn't just make up random hair for townies.

I reckon it might be like Carlos said, Salon hair that you can only get by  using the makeover station. Do you have ambitions?

I believe we first need to know whether Sondra saw the hairstyles in her game or somewhere else, like the internet. So, did you see the hairstyles in your game?

But even with doing a makeover, the hairstyles have to be in the game for them to work on a Sim.  The way the game is written, I don't think there would be a whole different thing for just those few hairstyles.
