Work Glitch

Hey guys, I've been having a problem with my game and I was wondering if anyone has experienced it as well and would know how to fix it.

So one of my guys works at the hospital. He was level 10 in the career and then one day, he stopped going. I would send him to work, he'd get in the carpool, go to work but then he would glitch out and pop up outside the hospital. Whenever I send him back inside, he walks in and then suddenly appears back outside. I eventually quit my job hoping that would help. I started him back on the same job (at level 1), he went to work and it stopped happening. He got promoted and then the problem started happening again.

Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it?! So far, I've noticed that it only happens at the hospital. I have another sim that works at the stadium but it never happens. Anyone know of a solution? Would really appreciate it!

By the way, I'm playing on the Xbox360.

Funny glitch. XD Maybe a medical career just isn 't for him? (excuse my humour), but there's no clear solution to this problem. Have you tried applying for a new occupation? Just to see if the same problems occur? If they do, it seems like you have to either start the game over, or just deal with this issue as is. It's annoying, but unless you want to restart your file I think this is the best solution.

I'm so far in my game though that I wouldn't want to start over. I think I'm going to try him in a new career. I think the glitch may be with the character itself though because I've been having other glitchy type problems with him. Hopefully a new career works out for him though. If he glitches out in again, he'll just stay unemployed. Thankfully they are rich so not working isn't really a problem.
