Paranormal Profiteer LTW

I just played a sim with the paranormal profiteer LTW and I thought it was really easy. What is the fastest you've finished it? I finished it on Thursday, day 5 of week 2. I could have finished it faster but I did some sculpting for fun instead of trying to max logic. I also hacked during the night. I found that if you max the logic skill, you get to the 7 level or so without doing a job. So all you have to do is spend your first couple days maxing logic and then you have almost completed the LTW.  Any other tips?

Metro had a challenge up this year centered around the Ghost Hunter profession, you can find it here. Towards the end of the thread you can find tips on how participants completed the challenge. If I remember correctly, my challenge Sim reached level 10 Ghost Hunter by the end of week 1.
