Missing the Cheese opp

I waited too long when I got the Gardening opp to grow some cheese... Will I ever get it again or am I unable to plant steaks etc. for ever?

What do you mean that you waited too long?  There's no time limit on any of those opportunities that I'm aware of.  What exactly happened?

Well it was some time back... I think there was a time limit...

Well, I got the opportunity but didn't get the cheese right away... Then, I didn't manage to grow the quality I was supposed to in some time... Basicly, the question is, if I do a lot of gardening, will I get the opportunity again?
