Thanks, lilygirl . I designed it to fit in with the rest of the street, but I'm not sure how I feel about it because it was kind of rushed at the end (especially the gaming areas upstairs). Glad you like it anyway.

Thanks guys, I'm glad you all like it! For those placing it on a mostly flat lot, you'll have to delete a wall decoration (a shovel) on the wall of the foundation the hot tub sits in. You also might want to delete the hot tub and replace it after flattening the lot. That should fix any sunken holes left in the terrain after placing it.

I only just downloaded, threw into my game and gave it a good look. This place is fantastic! I really like how it fits in and I'm amazed how you worked with the uneven land! Great work!
