Liking your use of the curtains too - that seems to be the one thing I forget when building a house in-game - though I wouldn't forget them in real life!

I love starter houses!  I am redoing that street that starts with a "P" far out from town in Sunset Valley to be nothing but starter houses.  This will fit right in.
