The Amazing Raise

One of my sims earned a raise that I have to imagine is some sort of a game error:

That must be one fantastic police union that she belongs to.

Either that or she's on the take.

If that's a glitch (and I imagine that it is), it's been around for a very long time.  I haven't played in the law enforcement career in a while, but the last time I did I got a similarly large raise.

I went back to a previous save in the hope of avoiding that glitchy raise, but she still got it. Well, she has triplets so the extra simoleons will come in handy.

I am definitely in the wrong line of work! Of course, I've always thought sims make ridiculous amounts of money anyway. I'd personally love to know where I could moderate a book club for $80 an hour and only work three hours a day. :)

I agree! I remember working for $1.25/hr, till they raised minimum wage.
