House - Southwestern Style Theme

Southwestern Style Home

One bedroom, two baths, 30 x 30 lot.
Family room downstairs, hottub
$205,315
Sims not included

This house has a spiral staircase in the living room.  I have not built anything upstairs, as of yet.  I had sims living in the house, but they are not included with the download.
It still needs some work and I am sure that everyone has their own tastes, so whatever they do to it, is fine.  I did use "moveobjects on" to make an L shaped desk behind the couch.
Has the vibrating chair and the magic podium also.

Is it true that cannibals don't eat clowns because they taste funny?

Great build, Salty!  How did you make the water feature in the fish pond?

I used "moveobjects on" and placed the water between the rocks.  The possibilities are endless with that cheat.  I love to make "L" shaped desks like that.
