Party at the Graveyard?

This may sound a little morbid, but when selecting a party venue, can the graveyard be selected? I'm thinking of making a chapel for weddings and funerals, and thought it could also serve as the town graveyard, but if I can't hold parties there then I'll have to choose a different venue type!

No sorry I just tried it and it wouldn't let me.  :( It would let me throw a party at the science center, but who would do it there?
