So my sister is having this problem; she opens her launcher and everything is good for about 2 seconds but soon a box pop-ups that says something like 'Error ------' and then a really long number, then you scroll down on the box and it gives 'The Sims 3 Website and a weird URL.' (doesn't lead anywhere.) That happend to me but I was able to fix it becuase I knew what I had done.So (for her) I re-installed every EP and SP and 'course the Sims 3. That did the trick but when she tries to play the game crashes, the computer doesn't turn off and then it doesn't let her play for a few hours. I don't know what else to do! Any help please?
