Hello! Long time lurker, infrequent poster.
I have just bought a new computer and instead of transferring my old saves I started a new game. I made two young adults one male, one female. They started out in their careers, both not very well paid. I noticed that they received a random payment of about s2000. I thought nothing of it and carried on. Then I noticed that their household income was over s22000! I have no idea where this money came from; they have started dabbling in consignment but haven't submitting anywhere near that amount to be sold s200-300 at most. They don't own any property either. I then decided to pass it off as a lottery win in terms of my story, and decided to move them to a bigger house. Just after I moved them to a bigger house it said my male sim was due to have his birthday in 2 days - I checked and that is what his age meter said. but his girlfriend - the other sim in the household - was only about 1 third of the way through her age meter. I can fix this the next time I play as I have the "perfect garden" that someone made (sorry I forgot who, but it is brilliant) and so I can access life fruit and just give him enough life fruit to make him the right age again.
Does anyone know what could have caused either of these things?
