What happened to my baby!

Well I just started up my Dynasty and when I looked over at the newborn she looked like this:

Any ideas what's wrong with her?

That happened in my first dynasty attempt, before I even started posting. I ended up aging her up, resetting the game and changing clothes but nothing worked for me. I'm assuming you don't have an earlier save if you just started, as this was the case for me too.
I'm not sure if there's a fix, but I'd wait for someone else to reply because they may have tried something I didn't think of.

It's got to be a glitch of some kind.  Has she aged to toddler yet?

Also, I don't know if you do, but if you use CC skins - they could be causing a major issue with the new patch/EP.  So make sure you get an updated version if there is one or you might have to go back to an earlier save and hope it's not also an issue.

I had a similar issue with one of my adult sims (before generations and the patch) I opened up my save file in an editor and it had lost her age, gender and species. I tried correcting it but the changes didn't take. Can you use the edit in cas cheat? When I did that on my broken sim (after the patch was released) she had no basic tab and could choose clothing and hair choices from any age or gender... couldn't fix her though
