Red, Green or Blue Premade Sims?
« on: May 21, 2011, 06:21:31 PM »
Are there any strangely colored premade Sims in any of the five towns? I know Juan Darer from Twinbrook has Red skin color, but am not aware of any others. Is he the only one? Fingers crossed that he isn't. Thanks. :)

The dead sims in Twinbrook (and also Barnacle Bay and Bridgeport, if my memory serves me correctly) are all a greeny color.

Well, I am going to need it for my future third (!) official dynasty attempt, so that's out.

The deceased sims in Bridgeport are actually a pale blue when resurrected, and the male social worker of Twinbrook's skin is similar to Juan Darer's. The Sims Wiki says that Beau Merrick has an unusual skin colour, but I can't confirm it, and to me to doesn't look like it.

With regards to Beau Merrick, I think the Wiki classes his skin colour as unusual because of the vampire 'glow'. If memory serves me correctly, Jessica Talon and the other vampires from Bridgeport are all classed as Sims with an unusual skin colour.

Yeah other than ghosts and Juan Darer I know of no other pre-made Sims of unusual color.  Sorry  :-\ I just looked for you but he was the only one.

Aw, what a pity. :( Oh well, Juan still is a good catch! You can marry, have the red kid, then remarry someone else!

Chronic, German is a member of the Inkbeard Family in Barnacle Bay. He's red. You can kinda see how his genetics turn out in my legacy family.

What?! And I didn't know that! Thanks so much Nicky, I am very grateful! I thought German was a SP Sim in your legacy.. But I was wrong! Thank you so much.

Your welcome. As far as I could tell he was original townie. He was a nooboo when I started in the town. His skintone makes no sense since none in his family are that color.

That's even more awesome! The second generation can marry him that way. And correct the mistake (if it occurs, of course). :)

Chronic, I may be mistaken. Forgive me it was ages ago when I began my legacy. I just double checked the Inkbeard Family tree on the Sims Wikia.

Here is the Inkbeard Tree in my Game:

German is very close in age to his sister. So if you wanted to use a red sim from Barnacle Bay watch the Inkbeards closely. His father has the "surrounded by family" ltw. So odds are maybe SP would roll another nooboo for them. Sorry about my mistake!
