Asking Foreigner To Move In

So I finally found this perfect guy for my sim and she can't seem to ask him to move in with her. He lives in Egypt and works as the Bookshop Merchant. Does this make a difference? Because I'm pretty sure I saw "Ask to Move In" action before. They are now boyfriend/girlfriend but I still don't get that action :-\ I've tried asking him back home and in Egypt. Help? Thanks.

That's how I asked him to be my sim's boyfriend. But no interactions to move in with her :'(

To move in you have to do loads of friendly interactions. Then in the box up at the top left where theres the relationship shown it says 'foreign sim' thinks that 'Your Sim' is being Friendly. Then click again for friendly then an option should appear to ask to move in, you might have to click more on their to get other options!
I don't have WA yet butthis is how you do it in Sims 3, getting Engaged then have Private Wedding is another route.

Ooooooer.. it finally worked.. asked him to visit while home and made lots of friendly interactions. Yeah you're right both right hehe thankies  :-*
