Has anyone archived the Master Architect and the Pyromaniac trophies in the PS3

Has anyone archived the Master Architect, the Pyromaniac and the But it's Inflammable! trophies in the PS3 version of the Sims 3?

Pyromaniac: Get an insurance check for over §15,000 after using the Firestorm Karma Power.
Master Architect: Build a home of at least §350,000 property value on a large lot.
But it's Inflammable!: Extinguish a Sim on fire.

I need someone's help because I can´t manage to get any of these 3 trophies.

I would say that for Pyromaniac, use Firestorm in a well-furnished area and claim insurance (I believe it is given automatically), For Master Architect, buy the biggest lot and build until home value is at §350,000, and for But it's Inflammable, get a sim set on fire, then extinguish them.

i have done them all yeah. Basically, just start off by using the Langraab Family. Get your net worth up to $350,000. then just buy loads of expensive cars - the game doesn't realise this and will give you the Master Architect. Then use the Meteor Strike Karma on that house, but. Then with some of the money you get from the insurance, buy a fireplace. Get a Sim to upgrade it, but make sure that they don't have much Handiness skill. Have a Sim close by ready for them to get on fire - and extinguish to your hearts content.
