Celebrity's getting more visa points

My brother asked me if I had notice that celebrity's where getting twice as many visa points than non-celebrity's. I hadn't so he showed me what he was talking about.
He had a couple sims. Both with the same traits and LTR. One a not a celebrity and the other a 5 star celebrity.
He had the non-celebrity do a couple quest. He got 15 visa points for one and 35 points for the other one.
He had the celebrity do the same two quest and he got 30 and 70 points.
I haven't tried it myself on my computer yet but was wondering if anyone else has noticed this or if it might be a glitch with his game.

I just tried myself with a new character and there wasn't a difference in visa points received.
I guess it's either a glitch with with his game or there is something that was different in the two characters he was using.
I'll have to call him tomorrow and see if I can make a character just like the one he has that's getting the double points and try to figure it out.

That's it. I gave my test sim the opportunistic reward and her visa points doubled for the quest. That is good to know.

I guess his two sims weren't the same then. I'll have to let him know.

I also doubled the gold coins and money received for the quest.
