Death of a Proxy-Exploit the chaos approach Solved

I'm stuck, I cannot get the soldiers tipsy. I've tried beer I've tried wine, I tried one at a time, in rotation, filled a jug and the visitors drank that. Has anyone got any ideas please ???

I think the Tipsy buff comes after 2 back to back drinks. I would not think it would require the identical drink but I'm not sure on that.

I've tried that, in fact I gave them 4 drinks each back to back and separate the thing just won't clear!

I have now completed this quest, but not alas, by getting the soldiers drunk. I restarted the quest and by making a different decision completed it easily. I will not spoil it for anyone, I'll just say I tried to be too kind the first time!
