Yes, I think I found it. I don't want to play with it in this game because I'm doing a random legacy and don't want to mess up my actress. She's got three stars now.
I don't mess with my own sim's stars, she's charismatic and has the attractive LTW and makes friends easily, so she gets stars easily. However, I bring some of the snobs in Bridgeport down a notch. I loved seeing Lola Belle get demoted to backup singer. She shouldn't be a pop icon if her guitar level is only 8. Same with Matt Hamming, his charisma is only 5 and so he doesn't deserve 5 stars and neither of them have a lot of friends. Matt got demoted to TV actor! I got a fiendish delight from that after he broke-up with my sim!
