Vacation Homes

I have a question about who can use an owned vacation home.  If this has been addressed in another topic, I apologize, but I couldn't find it.

My question is, if one member of a household purchases a vacation home, can anyone from that household use it?  Or does the purchaser have to come along for the vacation home to be accessible?

I know before Ambitions, anyone could use the vacation home as long as the deed was in the inventory.  Now, since it is on the computer I am not sure, but I honestly think, as long as you are the member of the household you can use the vacation home.

You might need the member of that bought it to get to vacation home. Also if you don't want the owner of the vacation home there with you then you can just use your cell phone or computer to send them home.

I believe vacation homes are now considered "family assets" like purchased businesses are since deeds are computerized now.  However, I haven't had the opportunity to test this since Ambitions came out so I have no way to know for sure.
