Where's the Karma?

Hey, I can't find where the karma is on The sims 3 for PC, can anybody help me?

I dont think they have 'Karma Powers' for the Sims 3 PC version, as far as i know its just console.

Nope, no Karma Powers on the PC version, sorry.  I'm not sure what (if anything) Karma replaced from the PC version, but I think it might be Lifetime Happiness Rewards.  From what I gather, Karma is a temporary effect.  Lifetime Happiness Rewards are permanent benefits that never go away.

the console still has Lth rewards, but the karma is a temp reward... I just got the console for PS3 this weekend and love it. Have to get used to just having the base game. But I'm liking it.. I am playing a straight true game, and a saved one with Spoot the llama, cheats... he makes is easier, but I like the trophies and challenge rewards in the true game so I play it more..

and i agree, its much more fun playing without cheats, and as for sticking to the base game, there was rumours of the Sims 3: Unleashed coming to consoles so lets hope so eh?

Actually, I'm very certain that video was a hoax.  The quality is nowhere remotely close to what EA puts out for trailers, it has no "Unleashed" logo, it lacks the related catch phrases that you'd expect to see in an EA trailer, and it bears the same, exact name of the Sims 1 pets expansion pack.  Plus, they're likely still putting the finishing touches on Generations, so it's highly doubtful that there has even been enough work done on the next expansion pack to warrant a trailer for it yet...if it's even been started.  This is not to even mention that it's portrayed as an expansion pack, and there is no real way to "expand" a console game.

This by no means implies that all hope is lost for console players.  There will undoubtedly be other Sims franchise games released for platform gamers in the future, so a stand alone pet related Sims game is definitely not a foregone conclusion.

Well, it makes no difference to me as im selling my console and im just gonna upgrade my PC so i can get all the EP's for the Sims 3, cant wait!

There will be no selling of either console in this house. LOL We have both WII and PS3.. The 7yr old likes to play the Wii sports resorts, I like the fitness stuff and we all like the PS3. But most of all my 44yr old kid (hubby) is in the livingroom right now playing God Of War 3 his all time favorite.. next month when I get Generations, I'm getting Medieval and he's gonna try it..
