Can't seem to get windows mode with "fullscreen cheat" in Medieval on my Mac.

After typing in the "fullscreen off" command and hitting the return key; it seems to take it, but nothing happens. What I'm I not doing, or doing wrong.

I achieve the windowed mode on my iMac by pressing "command" then "return".

Same here ... no need to use the Cheat console.  Just use Cmd-Return.

I do suggest you are paused, in live mode.  Wherever your mouse cursor goes for the next Mac task, that's where the game will try to go.  If you're in Kingdom mode, the display will be spinning in the background like a crazy thing ... disturbing your concentration and probably eating processor/RAM at the same time.
