I haven't had any twins, but I did have two cradles once with my physician who woohooed with the knight and got pregnant right away both times.   ;D

I was disappointed.  Not only did the kid age up before her syb was born but the game made the second born, a son, (sure, no gender bias here!), the heir!  Maybe it's because of when the whoo hoo started but I still think it was based on gender.
What?  Grannies can't play games?
I speak perfect Nooblik, (and some Simlish)!

I've had a number of Woo Hoo's and no kid as a result.   It also doesn't happen between girl girl or guy guy just like in real life.   I had a letch of a male Bard one time and he kept whohooing the same girl and got nothing.    I'm having a hard time to get a kid acutually.

The Licentious fatal flaw rises fertility level dramatically. With my licentious queen, all of her multiple woohoos result in pregnancy.

I'm not convinced of this.  My licentious queen gets pregnant less than half the time.

Well, the game states that when you hover your mouse over the fatal flaw in the Simology tab. And I pretty much believe in it. Mine always results in pregnancy.

Perhaps it does increase the chances of pregnancy, but it doesn't always happen every time.  Interesting, too, my Merchant doesn't have the Licentious Fatal Flaw and she got pregnant the very first time.

How many children has your queen had?

She already delivered two boys, from two woohoos, and another is on the way. Good thing I don't have to control them.

My Blacksmith, with the Licentious trait, has just married Servant Gertie.  Although he was very busy with tasks at the Forge, he did the gentlemanly thing and consummated the marriage ... ooops, hello Eronious, you strangely dark-skinned lad  :o

I do like the way they grow up quickly, requiring virtually no attention in the process!!  ;D
Gertie did come and pick him up for a cuddle once, but that the only intervention he ever got.

Now to try and work out why Gertie hardly ever comes home [she just wanders around, occasionally coming home to sleep] and whether Eronious will need to be fed.  It seems a strange way to program a family, when the non-Heros aren't under control!  [PS ... I've found Pam's Children thread  ;)]

According to the Prima Guide, there can be only two children.  When the third is born, the oldest will just sort of disappear from the game.  I'd be very interest to hear if this happens in your game.

Aw, how sad. :( Oh well, the first one was by accident. But still.

I think a few people have come to the conclusion that woohoo-ing almost always results in a pregnancy because there was no contraception in the Medieval times. I'm pretty sure that's not true (not very effective, but there nonetheless). Queen Anne's Lace seeds; sheepskin; vinegar and lemon juice etc.

Welcome to the Forum, GradyBoleyn.

I suppose a few people will stubbornly believe that woohoo always results in pregnancy, but it doesn't.  I mean...  it just doesn't.  Sooner or later everyone is going to encounter woohoo without pregnancy in this game.  Unless they stop playing the game.  :)

I'm actually going to lock this topic because the subject is getting beaten to death and the original question has been answered.
