Vacation Homes

How can you buy a vacation home in Sims 3 world adventures? i know its pretty simple but i don't know how can some one help me?

Your Sim must have Visa level 3.  Then you can purchase a vacation home from the computer or cell phone.

Do you have to be home or in the local you want to purchase? I have a Visa 3 in Egypt and Visa 2 in France & China.  I also bought the Certificate of Partnership from Egypt, but still cannot see any vacation properties in the "View Purchasable Properties" section on Real Estate while at home. What am I missing?

You have to be in the particular country to buy a vacation home.  Once you reach level 3 Visa, you can purchase a vacation home by using the cell phone or computer.
