Criminal Career Glitch?

My sim is level 7 in the criminal career- evil branch, and now on his days off during his regular working hours, it says he's missing work and his performance goes down. So I send him to work and he performance meter doesn't go up and he doesn't get paid, but if I don't send him he gets the "missing work"  bad moodlet because he's a workaholic and his performance goes down.

I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else and if there's a way to fix it?

This is a known bug, and sadly it hasn't been fixed yet. So yes, many other people have encountered it.

I think it is due to the fact that, at some levels, the work shift is spread overnight. I had similar issue with the medical career too, where one level is also overnight work.

I'm afraid there is no 'cure' as long as EA doesn't fix this bug in a patch. But, if you give your Sims the 'vacationer' LTR, it should help reduce the lost of performance when he is not at work.

Too bad, but thank you anyway EA really need to tend to all these glitches!
