Why do my sims always get the caffeine crash mood let?

Whenever I drink coffee I always get the caffeine crash mood let(or whatever its called) why does this happen?

That's because when the caffeine from the coffee wears off, there's a crash.  Just like in real life.  I don't drink coffee, so I'm mostly guessing about the real life part.

Ok,but the funny thing is this never used to happen..well at least I don't think it did
