If you were to save a pregnant sim to the bin and move her to a new town will she still be pregnant?

I don't think you can use the wardrobe or mirror while your Sim is pregnant, so you wouldn't be able to save her file at all. However, if you saved her household to the family library and moved her to a new town, she would still be pregnant.

To add to Ausette's idea, you could also separate her from the household, making her her own household and save her on her own, just not in the CAS bin.

Ok thanks, now I have a few more questions:

- Do they keep their skills?

-Celebrity status?

-Vampirism?

If you save a Household they keep Careers, Skills, Celebrity Status and Vampirism. If you use a CAS sim it doesn't transfer, I'm not sure about Vampirism in that case though.

If you just save the sims to the library everything should stay the same including vampirism and pregnancy.  I regularly save my families this way.  Most of the time I save them in their house and just move the whole lot to a new town.

This may be confusing to some people.  You're not considering the bin to be the same as the library in this case, right?  If a Sim is saved to the bin through CAS, it will lose everything and just have the appearance, traits, and LTW of the Sim you saved.  If you save the entire household while in Edit Town, it will save everything.

I believe Figwit meant the Edit Town library, not the Sim Bin.
Well, that's your opinion, isn't it? And I'm not about to waste my time trying to change it. - Lady GaGa

Thank you for all of the responses! I think I'll save the household to the library in edit town.

Yes I did - the Edit Town library - I call it the library because the sims there end up in your library folder.  Sorry for the confusion.  :D
