I want to complete this challenge called "Home is where the Simalonas live"
And I'm not quite sure how to complete it? Help?

I can check into this later if I get the time, but is that the one which says that the household value should exceed $35,000?

In that case I'd suggest you keep on going to your job and buying new stuff for your home. Alternatively if your house's fire meter gets too high, buy a bigger house.

You can also be sneaky and play one of the available richer families such as Clique or Laandgrab. Of course, it's more fun to complete the challenge with your own Sim(s)...

If you go to the screen where it shows the challenges, it tells you what you need to do to complete it.
