Can't Get Rid of a Car

Was wondering if anyone might be able to help with this. I had a Margaret ??? car, the expensive one....I own the lot up by Stoney Falls. I used the car and it parked itself at the end of the road there off my lot after I used it and I can't move it now. When I click on it it says Detonate, but I can't. The option Go to Work is in gray and can't be used. I tried using the Edit World function, but the car is not on my lot it is a part of the world, just as if it was painted there...Does anyone know what I can do to delete it?

@Ellie - I've been getting rid of beater cars that seem to be just for set decoration, to keep my game running smoothly with my big builds.  All I do is go into edit town, then to world editor, grab them and delete.

Thanks Joh for responding...yep tried that...won't let me grab it...its off my lot and on a world road....its as if its just painted on the set...Is ther something in world editor that allows you to move or delete objets not on a set lot?

You can also turn on "testingcheatsenabled true" then shift+click on the car to delete it.

Yeah, what Gerrr00 said should work, I couldn't remember the cheat for it.

In the edit world (the symbol that looks like a paper and pen) I've taken out rocks and trees that weren't on lots, but I didn't have a car to try it on as all the cars I've removed are on lots.

Do what Gerrr says. Have you tried moveobjects on? But the easiest way is shift-click. :)

If it's not on the lot, she might not be able to pick it up even with moveObjects on.  There was a glitch a while back (that I had thought was fixed) where cars would get stuck on the roads all over town.  I haven't seen this happen in my games in a long time, though.

Is your game current on patches?
