Just a quick question.
« on: December 31, 2009, 02:50:54 PM »
Um.. sorry but this is my first ever post and I was wondering if I should buy Sims world adventures. I got Sims 3 for Christmas 2009. Oh and Carl I love how you are all like, 'kids read this too'. I am 14 and find most players are older then me though :)

Sims 3 base game gets pretty boring pretty quickly. World Adventures gives Sims a bit of a higher goal. It's a lot of fun. I was very wary that it would be a giant puzzle, and it's not at all. It's really just a great game. Go for it.

Hi TheLostGirls. Welcome to the forum. My oldest girl is your age. Oh, man. Suddenly I really feel old. Anyway, definitely get World Adventures. It's just awesome and ads many, many hours of new enjoyment to the base game. You won't regret it. If you can wait a few days for the shipping, use the Amazon link at the Guide and you'll be supporting the site.

Thank you MetropolisMan, My birthday is in a month so I will ask then.
I forgot to add this, but when your sim rolls a want to get out of town, do you have to have World Adventures?

I don't think it would possible for a Sim to want to travel without the Expansion installed. Think about it. Why would they get the wish if there was no where to go?

What they probably want it to go out ON the town.  That just means your Sim wants to go somewhere in town, like to the park or something.

Hey, Cassi, don't sweat it. The protocol stuff and watching what you say is for real and not to be taken lightly. But, there is no such thing as asking dumb questions. We're all here to help.
