I changed the title of this post.  It's not a thread for everyone to post random questions.  Please make a new topic if you have specific questions you'd like to ask.

i cant awnser that i think  but i guess its just random anyway    Now another question  does story progression make other sims teach new skills and/or progress them on old ones?  also if a new family moves into town do they also get jobs eventualy?      also is it common for the alto's to move into a way cheaper home? =p ( they did that 4 times in 4 games already xd )

Thierry -

Please ask this question in another thread.  It's off topic here.

But it makes forum navigation and discussions hard to understand and follow, so maybe it's better to keep everything organised Thierry.

Yes, keeping it organized is important.  New people come here every day and it's good if they can scan topics and see exactly what's being discussed.  The answers to their questions may already be here, but they would never find it unless the topics are clear and accurately descriptive.  That's why I changed the topic title, so random questions wouldn't all be piled into one thread.  I'd much rather you create a new topic and if it's something that has already been discussed, we'll just merge it with the existing topic.

Okay, I just checked in my game, the Enablelotlocking thing doesn't work on it's own. Sorry, I didn't realize that before. What you need to do is use the testingcheatsenabled cheat first.

So, go to Edit Town (what you call city editor). Open the cheat window (ctrl+shift+c) and type "testingcheatsenabled true". Then open the cheat window again and type "enablelotlocking true".

Now you can click on a lot which is locked (like the great pyramid) and the little lock icon to the right will be active. Clicking that will allow you to edit the lot. Then you also need to use the buydebug cheat to get access to the tomb objects in buy mode.

I had the Buydebug thing figured out already. Didn't know I needed to do testingcheats for that one, too. Heh. Thanks, PJ!
