Thank you!  Let me know what you think.  Oh, I didn't put a pond in because my Sims were too lazy to stock one themselves.  Also, when your house is so nice you never want to leave... well, sometimes they don't and they get the stir crazy moodlet!  Since it's 15 Summer Hill Court anyway, I figured the least they can do is cross the street to fish in Summer Hill Springs for a break off their property, or it's just a short jog down the hill beyond the backyard to get to the beach.

Pam - I used a builder's thread at the Sims 3 Forum to get me started on creative building, and although not amazing, my houses have definitely improved. The thread has in it some assignments for you to complete, then you upload the shots for them to give you constructive criticism. here is the link , the first link is for the page that contains my WIP (work in progress - havn't actually done any work on it in a while as I have been playing my legacy family), the second link takes you to the first page in the thread, with links to tutorials and the assignments.
