How can you make moods static in Egypt, China or French?

I need this for my upcoming movie, as I am shooting clips in a foreign country. Normally at home I would have clicked on the mailbox with 'testingcheats on' but as we all know, there's no mailbox in a foreign country.
Anybody who knows how to get around this?

I believe you click on the opportunity board at the base camps and it should give you the same cheaty options as the mailbox back home.  It has been awhile since I did this, but I have played static needs when I was exploring the tombs so I know it is possible.

Yeah you just use the same method on the Adventure Board, if you notice there is a Postbox in the Board on one of the poles I think.  ;)
