Is it possible to get a baby mummy? I thought that mummies couldn't WooHoo, therefore they can't Try for Baby. Can please someone tell me how to get one? I'm really curious.

They indeed can not woohoo. At least, that is what the game will let us think.
As long as the mummy is under your control you can't breed him, but if you leave him in a town along with a mate they occasionally will breed indeed.
But to get ontopic again, as much as I can, I have to say that you can let a vampire die and than bringing him back to live, as long as you can use that word in cases with vampires.
Than you will have a vampire ghost.
This way it is also possible to get a mummy baby ghost, but to do that is actually well... synister. But if you really want to do it I'm sure it is possible.
Don't forget to let your sim take a photo of one of this weird creatures, as both of them will count for the expansive 'double-dead' rating.
