Toddler skin issue

I just created a new household in TS4. Then I added a toddler to the household and i don´t know what it is, but she doesnt look right :,) Every other age looks normal, the issue is only at the toddler. I dont have any skin details activated but I though use CC. I also already tried to close TS4 and open it again, but the problem stays. What can I do? U see the skin condition in the attached data.

You mentioned using custom content. You might try creating a Sim without CC to see if you still are experiencing issues. It maybe that the skin needs to be removed or updated. Check with the creator's website for any updates.
