For Rent possible bug.. (Game Stuck on Pause While Trying to Transfer Funds)

I'm toying around with the for rent pack, and I'm not sure if it's just me but my game is stuck on pause while trying to transfer funds for the rental.. 

The image is from going back to a rental home that is not owned by my sim, where it asks me to transfer funds for the business with no option to select tenants for the lot my sim does own.



I have cleared cache etc, the only way past the screen is to force close the game and go clean everything out before reloading and trying again but hitting the same brick wall in a sense.
