Cannot Login to the EA App today. - Fixed!!

hello!

I'm trying to log in to EA to play my game, but I cannot today and it's asking me if I want a code to verify who I am. are any of you members getting this?

The EA App asking for a validation code may be a new security feature. I've had to do it a couple of times since updating to the EA App.

  ✽ Important Note: If waiting for the validation code, check your junk mail and email security options to make sure it's not flagging email from EA.

If you find you're not getting the validation code after a few (3-4) hours, contact EA Support

1. Click on the EA App in the Product list > Manage My Account > Can't Log In
2. Click the Select Contact Option.

Thanks! I keep checking my gmail account but nothing yet so far

I had this issue as well.

In my case, the issue was the Outlook quarantine facility being overly protective of me, flagging the EA email as spam and not telling me that it was in spam until the next day. I managed to work out my password in the meantime and so it worked for me.

Not sure if there's something similar to that in gmail or not.

my issue was it was asking for my OTHER email and password, (the backup) which I had totally forgotten because I never use it. then I remembered I had written it down in a book where I keep all my passwords and user names in case I forget them, (which I had done) so my issue has been fixed! I can play again (YaY)!
